    The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into site visits and sales. This role requires excellent communication, customer handling skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries.
    • Qualify leads based on customer requirements and project suitability.
    • Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location benefits to potential clients.
    • Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with the sales team.
    • Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion.
    • Manage CRM entries, update client information, and track lead status.
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign-based lead follow-ups.
    • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and site visits.
    • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and customer responses to improve campaigns.
    • Maintain a professional and positive client experience throughout the pre-sales process.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).
    • 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently and work under pressure.

    Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + incentives)

    The Finishing Engineer will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and quality delivery of interior and finishing works at project sites. This role requires coordination with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects with premium quality finishes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
    • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards.
    • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow.
    • Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
    • Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover.
    • Manage materials planning, inventory & ensure minimal wastage.
    • Validate quality of materials delivered at site.
    • Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay.
    • Assist in BOQ verification, cost control & bill checking of contractors.
    • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.

    Skills Required

    • Strong understanding of interior works, building materials, drawings and specifications
    • On-site execution & supervision expertise
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Project Management basics
    • Strong communication and vendor management skills
